Finally, an update

Well, it has been a while. I'd better get my blog updated before the baby comes. We've been busy wrapping things up with school and sports for the kids. Tyler just finished Spring baseball, with his dad as his assistant coach and his Uncle Bart as his coach. He really did a great job. It was funny to hear him call his Uncle "Coach" all season. He never called him Uncle Bart. Only "Coach"! He's becoming quite the baseball player.

Grace has her dance recital next week, hopefully I will get some pictures posted. She is a little Jane in Mary Poppins and is dancing to the "Hurry Nanny" song. It's really cute and Grace is a beautiful dancer.

We were busy this last month finishing things up for school. I think I overextended myself being 8 months pregnant. I escorted Grace's Kindergarten class to the zoo for a field trip the first week of June. I was able to help at the kid's fun run. I was so proud of the kids. They each had to run 1 mile. I knew Tyler would have no problem. He is so competitive and came in the top finishers for the first grade. I wasn't so sure about Grace. Last year I ran with Tyler, but I figured I wouldn't run this year. I was marking the kids laps as they came around, and I was so proud of Grace who ran the full mile, and even finished before most of the kids in her class. I also got to help Tyler's class tie dye shirts for their end of year party. My hands are almost back to their normal color now.

We are now enjoying a break from school. The kids have a couple of fun summer camps to help keep them busy. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Sofie, who should be born the last week of June. I am sooooo ready.
